• Learn and understand data architecture in various source systems and data warehouses to enable report design
• Analyze business operational & transactional data and various external data to give insight on business performance
• Define reporting requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications
• Process, create, distribute and store all kind of operational & transactional business reports
• Design, develop and maintain automated, self-service systems, reports, dashboards at scale
• Support recurring and ad-hoc request for customization of business intelligence reports and dashboards
• Administrator of Business Intelligence tools
• Evaluate and make recommendations for new business intelligence tools and initiatives
• Manage training plans for awareness and use of business intelligence tools
• Stays current on changes in application systems (sources, tables, fields, etc.) to allow end users to leverage the information through the Business Intelligence platform
• Assist Sales and Marketing on market research and analysis to turn data into actionable insights Work closely with Application team to ensure that data sources feeding reports are tuned and highly available

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business
• At least 3+ years of experience in MIS in ISP or other related industries
• Previous experience in BI role is preferred
• Experience in managing multiple project timelines simultaneously
• Experience with DAX, SQL Query, R, Python, PowerShell/Base, Data Modeling and Data Warehousing
• Experience with additional BI/ data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Experience with RDBMS such Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, or MySQL
• SQL experience to conduct basic data analysis and use case analysis; ETL experience a plus
• Power-BI Certification is preferable
• Strong communication in both written and spoken English
• Strong analysis & reporting skills, independent attitude
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple departments
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
